Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Fees

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

CashPoke is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
